Loyalty Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

These Loyalty Rewards Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Wendelbrites Whatchamacallits Loyalty Rewards Program (“Program”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Eligibility

  • The Program is open to individuals who create an account on thecandycontraption.com

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

  • The Program is available only to customers making purchases for personal use.

  • Businesses, resellers, or wholesale accounts may be excluded at our discretion.

2. Earning Points

Points may be earned through qualifying activities, including but not limited to:

  • Purchases made on thecandycontraption.com

  • Account creation

  • Promotional actions (e.g., newsletters, referrals and birthdays etc)

Point Accrual Rules

  • Points are earned at a base rate of 1 point per $1 USD spent, excluding taxes, shipping, and fees.

  • Bonus points may be offered during promotions or for meeting cart thresholds.

  • Points are credited after an order has shipped and is not subject to return or refund.

  • Points have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or combined between accounts.

3. Redeeming Points

  • Points may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, subject to availability.

  • Minimum redemption threshold: 500 points.

  • Maximum redemption per order: up to 25% of the cart subtotal.

  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes.

  • Points cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

4. Expiration of Points

  • Points will expire after 2 months of account inactivity.

  • Account inactivity is defined as no purchases or point-earning actions during the expiration period.

  • Expired points cannot be reinstated.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • If a purchase is returned or refunded, any points earned from that transaction will be deducted from the account.

  • If points from a refunded purchase were already redeemed, the equivalent value may be deducted from future point earnings or rewards.

6. Program Modifications & Termination

  • Wendelbrites Whatchamacalllits reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

  • Changes may include point earning rates, redemption values, expiration rules, or eligible activities.

  • In the event of Program termination, participants will have 30 days to redeem remaining points, unless otherwise stated.

7. Abuse, Fraud, and Account Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Engage in fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Program

  • Create multiple accounts to earn points

  • Violate these Terms or other site policies

Points earned through prohibited activity will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Program is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • Wendelbrites Whatchamacallits is not responsible for technical errors, interruptions, or delays affecting point accrual or redemption.

  • We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in the Program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
