Chocolates & Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns of chocolates and edible items are not accepted.

In the event of a quality concern, shipping damage, or fulfillment error, customers must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Upon review and at our discretion, we may issue:

A replacement, or
-
A refund or store credit
Documentation, including photographs and order information, may be required.

Merchandise (Non-Food Items)
All non-food merchandise is sold and fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Accordingly:

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed solely by the supplier’s policies

Each supplier maintains independent eligibility requirements and time limits

We do not process or authorize merchandise returns on behalf of suppliers
Supplier contact information can be provided upon request.
